Description
In Islam, God is believed to have 99 Names, known as the 99 Names of God, ʾasmāʾu llāhi l-ḥusnā (Arabic: أَسْمَاءُ اللّٰهِ ٱلْحُسْنَى, Beautiful Names of God).
Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said, “Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise.”
(Sahih Bukhari 50:894)
