"Where the Boys Are" written by Neil Sedaka and Howard Greenfield was recorded in New York City on October 18, 1960 by Connie Francis as the title track of the 1960 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer movie of the same name. Released in January 1961 on MGM Records the song reached #4 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song was included on the vinyl LP, Connie Francis More Greatest Hits, released by MGM Records in June 1961.
