"The Times They Are a-Changin'" written by Bob Dylan and first appearing on his 1964 album of the same name, was recorded by Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel for their debut album, Wednesday Morning, 3 AM, released on October 19, 1964 on Columbia Records. Because its release coincided with the British invasion, the album was initially a failure; however after being re-released in 1966, it reached #30 on the Billboard 200 album chart. The album is available on CD and is also found on the Simon & Garfunkel Collected Works and The Columbia Studio Recordings (1964--1970) box sets on the Sony label.
